The first of the third floor guest bedrooms has two twin beds with matching linens as well as a crown mold ceiling that sports a decorative ceiling fan. This bedroom also features access to a private balcony and a 40" flat screen TV. A full bath can be privately accessed from this bedroom as well.

The second guest bedroom on the third floor is fitted with a King size bed and offers a private bathroom. Access to the sundeck can be gained through this bedroom. Out on the sundeck treat yourself to plenty of sun and magnificent views.

For the culinary connoisseurs there is a fully stocked modern kitchen on the second floor which features stainless steel appliances set into well-appointed wood cabinetry and accented by deep black granite countertops. Near the kitchen is the living room featuring a large 60" flat screen TV and cozy furniture offering great views of the pool area as well as the entertainment center. Next to the living room lies an elegant dining table with seating for six.

Also on the second floor is also a large laundry room complete with a washer and dryer as well as an extra fridge. Near the wash room are the two bedrooms on the second floor. The first of these bedrooms features two queen sized beds while the other offers a large king sized bed.

This room features a wide variety of entertainment options such as: billiards, table tennis, and even table shuffle board. There is an area for exercise as well, equipped with an elliptical and treadmill.

Tigertail Beach is one of two public access beaches and is a short drive from your vacation home. Tigertail offers you the Lagoon as a great place for families with younger kids to enjoy the flat and calm water. There is plenty of wildlife to view and is a designated 'Great Florida Birding Trail. To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left. It's definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. On your way to the beach through the exotic mangroves, you'll pass by a playground, bathrooms and showers, and a snack shack (open during season). At the lagoon you may rent a variety of aquatic beach vessels such as kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, and paddle boards.
