Lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with private pool located in a gated resort community of Bella Vida.
Located in Kissimmee just a few minutes from Disney theme parks.

Our spacious townhome has a lounge area which seats 7-8 guests.
Dining table and bar area seat 8 guests
Modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes refrigerator, stove, mircowave oven, dishwasher and more.
Master bedroom downstairs has a Queen size bed with cable TV and a private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Upstairs:
King master bedroom with cable TV, DVD and a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 have two Twin beds and cable TV and bed room 4 both have three Twin beds each and cable TV and a Playstation, they share a full size bathroom with tub and shower.
1. Smoking is prohibited in all units.
2. Pets are not allowed, unless specified.
3. All guests must be 21 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid driver's license or other acceptable ID is required at check-in.
4. We do not allow rentals for wedding, fraternity, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
