Best of all, you'll find that our vacation home is only steps from the beachfront and the lapping tides of the Gulf of Mexico.

Pulling into the driveway, you'll enter through the screened in lanai at the front door. Inside you can easily relax in the comfortable living room with TV. You willl also find a sleeper sofa here for an additional sleeping space for two if needed. If cooking is your passion, create a feast in the fully equipped kitchen. Serve it to the hungry masses in the adjacent dining area.

The sleeping quarters offer bedspace for 6 occupants. The master suite has a spacious king-sized bed and adjoining private full ensuite bath. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and utilizes a full bath in the adjoining hallway.

The backyard offers a grassy yard, along with a screened in porch for a quiet escape.

Wireless high speed internet and washer and dryer are also included. This home has been designed a smoke free home. For those traveling with pets feel free to bring them along. We have no size restrictions. This home is pet friendly and offers a grass yard for them. Remember all 7 miles of Fort Myers Beach is pet friendly as well.

Up for an adventure? If you to go out and about, this home is centrally located on Estero Island. Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Music fishermen can catch up-and-coming local artists at one of the many beach taverns or actually participate in various karaoke sessions offered locally. 7 miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you just a 2 minute walk from the house.

Don't want to drive? Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.
