Location! Location! Location! This beautifully remodeled one bedroom, one bath beachfront condo is located at the north end of Fort Myers Beach where everything is just outside your door. Surf Song Unit 1A has been completely remodeled.


This great studio condo is extremely functional and offers loads of storage space. The great room is decorated in soft peach tones with soft, comfortable, leather furnishing. A large flat screen TV and DVD player have been provided for your viewing pleasure.


The full kitchen is spacious and complete with stainless steel appliances and solid surface counters. It's equipped with everything you may need for preparing meals during your stay, including a dishwasher for quick clean up to get you out of the kitchen and back to the beach! A dining area off the living room provides a comfortable eating area for all your meals.


At the end of a great beach day retire on the king size bed with high quality mattress. Wake refreshed in the morning and start your day off with an invigorating shower in the remodeled bathroom. Here you will also find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.


For overnight guests there is a loft area with a full size bed. Please note this loft area has limited head space and requires an agile person to get up and down the ladder to access this space.


For our guests with allergies this condo is both pet free and smoke free. Wireless internet has also been provided for your convenience. Heading out doors right across from your unit 1A is the pool area. Cool off on those hot days in the in-ground pool, soak the stresses of every day life away in the hot tub, or challenge a friend to a game of shuffleboard on the pool side court. You can also find gas grill here for your barbequing pleasure. Of course the beach is right outside your door as well. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach awaits you.


Enjoy the warm Gulf waters, one-of-a-kind sunsets, and the incredible north end location. For the adventurous jet ski rentals, parasailing trips, banana boat rides and SUP rentals are right out on the beach. Cabana and beach chair rentals can also be found for your convenience. Walk to Times Square and its numerous restaurants and shops. Of course you'll want to check out our great nightlife as well. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars.


Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.


Looking for something to do after the beach? There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
