210 Fairweather

Affordable and adorable! That's what you'll find at 210 Fairweather. This wonderful, two bedroom, one bath home is located at the north end of the island in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walk to the beach in less than two minutes or to Times Square in under ten. Park the car, or better yet don't even splurge for one, as you can walk to everything or jump on the trolley to go further if you desire.



Upon opening the front door you'll feel a calming effect take over immediately. Decorated in spa blues and greens with earth tone accents the decor makes you feel like you have brought the beach inside.



Immediately to the right is the living room with a king size sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The couch will be the place to hang and connect to the wireless internet while stretching out in the chaise lounge side of it. To the left is the formal dining room which seats five, and offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The open concept kitchen is straight ahead and complete with everything you could want or need for preparing your meals while here in Paradise, including a dishwasher for easy clean up, stove, fridge and microwave. Of course you will definitely want to check out some of our fantastic local restaurants!



Just off the kitchen, towards the rear of the house are the two bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed with in-room TV and plenty of closet and dresser space to make you feel at home. The second bedroom has an in-room TV with DVD player and a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. With the sleeper sofa in the living room the house can accommodate up to 6 persons. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the adjoining hallway for everyones use.



To the left of the kitchen you'll find a door leading out to the screened in porch. There is a covered roof section of the screened in lanai which provides you with shade and additional seating area, as well as a screened roof part which provides sunny skies above you. A full size washer and dryer and gas grill can be found here as well for your laundry and grilling needs.



When it's time to head to the beach you can walk right up Fairweather to the corner of Estero Blvd. where you'll find direct beach access. Trolley stops going both north and south bound are also at the corner. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found within a minutes walk of the house. You will want to check out our famous Heavenly Biscuit Restaurant and Royal Scoop Ice Cream which are right at the corner one block away. Quick groceries can be found at the corner, with Topps a full service grocery store just four blocks away. For those of you seeking entertainment you'll find lots of that close by. Live bands, great bars and nights of fun filled dancing can be found a short walk from the house. Of course for those with the adventurous side you?ll want to check out the parasailing and jet ski rentals on the beach. The Bay Oaks Recreation Center is only three blocks from the house where there is a public pool, children's water park, baseball and softball fields, tennis court, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and much, much more.
