Located at the north end of the island this home is ideal for those who want to walk to everything, but have the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood to retreat to. This home has so much to offer, including fresh orange and banana trees waiting for your eating pleasure. This well maintained ranch home offers new furnishings and decor.



Walk through the front door to the amazing living room. Leopard print furnishings with bright natural light from the wall of windows make this a wonderful area for connecting to the wireless internet, or curling up with a good book on the chaise lounge. The formal dining room separates the living room from the family room. The family room is situation towards the back of the house. Furnished in bright colors with comfortable furniture, and a large flat screen TV, this will be the gathering point throughout the day for most. A sleeper sofa completes this space for an additional sleeping area for two additional guests if needed.



The full kitchen will allow you to prepare all your meals, or just stock up on the essentials and head out to some of our fantastic restaurants. If you do choose to cook, clean up will be a breeze with the dishwasher to get you out of the kitchen fast!



Three bedrooms will ensure everyone has plenty of space and privacy. The master suite is located on the right side of the house. A king size bed, in-room TV, plenty of dresser space, a large walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom will provide you with your own private retreat within the house. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house. The first is outfitted with a queen bed and a day/trundle bed, sleeping 4 total in this room. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and in-room TV. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway accommodates your guests.



When you are ready to hit the outdoors, the piece de resistance is the backyard. Stepping out on the pool deck you'll enjoy bug free days and nights in the screened in lanai. The in-ground private, electric, heated pool, with spill over hot tub will ensure fun filled days and relaxing nights for everyone.



Situated on a canal with no homes across from you you'll love the privacy of this backyard and pool area. Rent a boat or bring your own and pull into your boat slip in the canal. Fish right from the backyard and catch dinner. Grill up your fresh catch on the BBQ grill. Rent kayaks and launch them from the backyard heading out to Estero Bay to watch for dolphins and manatees.



A private washer and dryer have been provided for your use as well in the garage area. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.




105 Tropical Shore Way has so much to offer. Just steps to the beach, you can walk from the house to our 7 miles of white sugar sand beach in less than 2 minutes. Topps grocery store is a one minute walk from the house making grocery shopping a breeze! Numerous shops and restaurants are also just a short walk from the house.



The Bay Oaks Recreation Center is across the street from the house, with baseball/softball fields, a water park, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce ball, horseshoes, two playgrounds and many activities and functions for both adults and children. Escape to the beach and surround yourself with the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and smells of beach life. Relax, absorb the Florida sunshine and know that you have arrived in Paradise.



Night life, the ferry to Key West, Casino Boats and so much more are all just a short walk or drive from the house. Parasailing and jet ski rentals, as well as chair rentals can be found on the beach by the house for your pleasure.
