The open concept living room and dining room fill with natural light from the expansive wall of sliders that lead you to the three quarter wrap around deck. The oval glass dining table comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar (3) and a tucked a-way breakfast table (3).



The kitchen accommodates more than one chef to prepare multiple meals to feed a large group. Plenty of counter space, and everything imaginable for kitchen amenities is provided making eating in a family affair. An additional wet bar and sink are just outside the kitchen to create an "all hands on deck" advantage. Run a load of laundry or make sure all the beach towels are ready for the next day in the convenient placement of the washer and dryer just off the living room.



You've had a great day at the beach, or enjoyed all the local entertainment, so now it's time to call it a day. This home has it perfectly laid out to accommodate 11 peacefully.



The master is off the living room. A king size bed, two dressers, ensuite full bath with vanity and large shower take care of your creature comforts. Turn on the master's TV or open the large slider to allow the sound of the sea and breeze to relax you.



Down the hall from the master is one of three additional guest bedrooms. Turn to your right and you'll walk into a large room hosting two full size beds, and a TV. The large window floods the room with light. Open the patio door to the wrapping porch. A large bath with a stand-alone shower and a separate tub/shower leads from the bedroom with a Jack and Jill door arrangement to the hall. The second guest room is off the kitchen hallway to the front of the house. This bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of dresser space, a large closet and has its own ensuite bath with shower. The French door leads to the wrapping deck to complete the oasis.



Make your way to the third floor for an additional area of accommodations and some of the greatest views of Fort Myers Beach. This area is multifunctional. Complete with a queen bed, a day bed, it also has a wet bar, TV and its own deck for the best views of the beach! Wireless internet has also been included for those who need to stay in touch or may need to work while on vacation.



8124 Estero is as much about the indoor living space as it is for its outdoor space. The ground level has a screened in entertainment area complete with a ping pong table and BBQ.



This home is close to all that you need; a half mile from dining, banks, shopping and CVS. Travel a little further north there's the Beach Theater. Lovers Key State Park is a short drive south to the end of the island where you can choose to use those kayaks to explore the natural beauty and be amazed by our bird life.
