Welcome to 5612 Easy Street, a lovely three bedroom, 2 full bath, home located in a quiet residential area, with an in-ground, electric heated salt water pool, mid island on Fort Myers Beach, Florida. It can accommodate six people and is just a short 2 minute walk to Ft. Myers beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.



This 2nd floor home invites you in with open concept living and vaulted ceilings. The large, comfortable furniture calls for you to sit, relax and begin your vacation here in Paradise. Watch a movie, play a game or curl up with a good book. There is also wireless internet if you must stay connected to the office, family and friends. From the living room, an 18" sliding door opens up to the lanai where you can dine or just take in the view of the neighborhood. The formal dining room offers another dining spot to enjoy a home cooked meal prepared in a kitchen well equipped with all new modern appliances.



Moving down the hallway, you'll find an enclosed washer and dryer for your convenience. The next stop is the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and a TV for late night viewing. The attached balcony may be a great star gazing spot. An ensuite bathroom adds to your privacy.



The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two extended length twin beds. Both bedrooms are impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway.



Head to the beach for a day of sun and sand and come back to the house to cool off in your in-ground, electric heated saltwater pool. Lounge poolside on one of the loungers or enjoy a cocktail at the waters edge.



Seven miles of sugar sand beach awaits you just around the corner and across the street. Sunbathe awhile, then at fifty cents per person, take the trolley south to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and explore. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins frolicking. On your return trip, you may want to stop off at Santini Mall and visit the unique shops and restaurants. Close by there is the Fort Myers Beach golf course, if a round of golf is on your agenda.



There is plenty to keep you busy during the evening as well. Start off by watching our beautiful sunsets. At our Beach Theatre, you can order a meal, relax in comfy swivel chairs and watch a movie. Take that trolley about three miles north to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants and night life.



Charter boats, jet ski and parasail rentals are close by. Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West. Further out, visit the Ford and Edison Museums, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Shell Factory and Naples Zoo or take an airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades.



Do you need a crib, playpen or highchair for the little one? Kayaks to explore Estero Bay? Golf clubs so you don't have to transport yours? We offer rentals of many items that you may need or not want to bring with you. Let us know. Everything is delivered and picked up on your departure date.
