On the main/upper portion of the home you will find the large, bright sunroom with its wall of windows, and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, welcomes you into this home. Enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility that this tropically decorated room provides. When proceeding through the sunroom the first thing you'll notice is the elegant, state-of-the-art kitchen. It's appointed with top quality, stainless steel appliances and beautiful maple cabinetry. The large, convection oven will bring out the gourmet cook in everyone. Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico while preparing your meals. We've tried to provide you with every possible amenity you could need or want in this kitchen. The large, side-by-side fridge is equipped with filtered water and ice in the door. Of course there is a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze and get you back to the beach faster.



The great room consists of the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, living room, and office area. Our great room is a place where you can watch a movie on the DVD player, or your favorite program on the large screen TV, listen to a CD on the stereo, read a good book, hook up to the internet, or just watch the daily happenings of beach life go by.



Rest comfortably in the master bedroom on the king size bed. This room overlooks the pool and has its own in-room TV with DVD player and a CD player. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, views of the pool, TV and a CD player. The living room sofa converts to a queen size bed if you need an additional sleeping area for up to two more guests.



The full bathroom is spacious and light. It has beautiful maple cabinetry with a granite counter and a large walk-in shower.



Enjoy the upper exterior deck off the sunroom. Cook your meals on the grill, while sitting above rooftops, looking out over the island and backyard.



Laundry facilities, a two car garage, bikes, grill, beach/pool toys, movie library, books, games, are all a few of the extras included with this beautiful home. Of course all your linens, beach towels, and full kitchen amenities are already included.



Sunbathe in the privacy of the fully fenced back yard. Cool off in the large, in-ground heated pool. Enjoy walks on the beach where you can see the dolphins playing and collect shells and sand dollars. Take a moonlit stroll and watch for the iridescent waters in the lagoon.

Please note that this home is a nonsmoking home and a pet free home as well.
