Nestled in the Fairways Community of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, our home has been recently renovated and offers new beds, new TV's, free Wi-Fi and even a golf cart to help you explore the resort. The remodeled kitchen is light, open and inviting with custom granite countertops and a separate dining area. You will have everything you need to help you feel right at home. Open to a comfortable living room with an oversized TV, the sliding glass doors open to a sunroom and offer a beautiful view of our peaceful lake which features a private dock with seating so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, afternoon refreshments or some catch and release fishing!

There are two bedrooms, (one queen bed, and one king bed), on the ground floor and each offers a private bath. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer on the lower floor. The large master suite upstairs has a king bed, full bath and a private balcony. Each bedroom has a TV.

We are on the bay side of the resort and close to the marina and Baytowne Wharf. The bayside pool and Sandestin® spa and workout facility are also nearby. Our cottage is in a quiet section of the resort across the street from the golf course and a short walk from one of the many owner pools. The Sandestin complex is perfect for biking, walking or running. Snowbirds are welcome! Activities are scheduled year-round, and the community will welcome you with open arms.

Our golf cart is the perfect way to explore the resort and it's included in your rental. Baytowne Wharf has amazing sunsets and nightlife within the resort. Our family can't wait to get our toes in the sugar white sand. Yet, if you have a rainy day, you can also enjoy the Silver Sands Outlet Mall which is one of the best in the Southeast. Destin and the Santa Rosa Beach community have fabulous, award-winning restaurants and unique shopping and entertainment opportunities. The gulf is warm most of the year, but if it is too cold for swimming, you can golf or enjoy some charter fishing in the Choctahatchee Bay.
