This sunny 2nd floor unit has bright contemporary furnishings with a southern exposure on the screened in balcony for pleasant morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails year around. Bring your laptop, tablet, or other devices and connect to the internet with our WiFi access. Use your Netflix account and stream your favorite movies, shows, and games via the Blu Ray and flat screen TV in the spacious living room.

Beautiful Crescent Beach with its white powdery sand is just a two minute walk or if you prefer you can drive your four wheel drive right onto the sand and you're ready for a swim, sand castle building, or top notch surfing. Crescent Beach has it all!

Boaters? Bring your boat and trailer, kayak or canoe and park them in our adjacent free storage area on the property. Launch from the nearby boat ramp directly into the Matanzas River/Intercoastal Waterway and enjoy a day of lively fishing or leisurely cruising in pristine protected waters. Take care to give the dolphins and manatee the right of way!

The family chef will be delighted with the fully stocked kitchen featuring a glass cooktop stove, microwave and all the gadgets you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal. Don't feel like cooking indoors today? Head down to the large pool area for a refreshing swim and throw some local shrimp or fish on the adjacent gas barbecues. Back upstairs you'll enjoy your mixed grill at our six seat dining table or the cozy cafe table on the balcony. After dinner walk a short way to the Green Street dock on the river and enjoy a spectacular Florida sunset. Feel energetic? Play a few sets on the two lighted tennis courts on property.

The unit sleeps six comfortably with a new pillow top king in the master(with a flat screen TV), twin beds in the guest bedroom, or queen sleeper in the living room. Two full baths, one with tub/shower combo are in the unit. There is also full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

For your fun times historic St. Augustine is only a 15 minute drive with its myriad of attractions for the whole family. If the outdoors is your thing there are three state parks, four golf courses(all with greens fees of less than $50), and Marineland a short distance away. For the shoppers in the family the St. Augustine Outlets and I-95 are close by as is the World Golf Hall of Fame. Excellent restaurants, the library, post office, Walgreens and Publix are close at hand.
