Welcome to Bluebird Beach House. This charming coastal cottage is designed for beach living with a laid-back family friendly vibe, perfect for you & your family or guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch, listening to the sounds of Seacrest.
The first floor living area has a beautiful open concept with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and an additional seating at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are provided to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
Upstairs, you'll find two beautiful guest suites and a bunkroom. The first guest suite has a king bed with, a private bathroom, and access to the 2nd floor balcony - the perfect place to enjoy the views, watch the sun rise over the Emerald Coast, and star gaze. The second guest suite has a queen bed with shared bathroom; offering every guest the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The 2nd floor bunk room is a perfect kid friendly hang out for late night sleep overs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
The third floor is completely dedicated to a sprawling master suite that offers stellar Gulf views from one of the two private balconies. The ensuite features a walk-in shower and double vanities.
Enjoy a summer BBQ on the outdoor grill. The home has a parking for (2) cars, and a large front porch perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book.
Seacrest town center has several restaurants, little boutiques, souvenir shops, bike rentals, and a small grocery store. Spring break through summer you can enjoy live music! Bikes & SUP boards are available to rent, arrangements can be made through Guest Services at Luxury Properties.

Nestled close to Rosemary Beach, enjoy walking or riding your bikes to the area's best dining, unique boutique shopping, and bike paths. The Cottages of Camp Creek, located north of 30A in Seacrest, is a gated, small community of Key-West style beach cottages with metal roofs and covered porches. Surrounding a 7500 square foot community pool and hot tub, the Cottages of Camp Creek also provide deeded beach access.
