Stroll down the European style streets of Mizner Park and shop, dine, and dance the evening away. There are a number of places to visit there including a cinema and park where events are held. The sunny golden beaches are only a couple miles away and nothing is more enjoyable in Florida than soaking up plenty of sunshine and a swim in the crystal blue Atlantic Ocean. Boca Town Center is also within a few miles where you can enjoy the ultimate shopping experience including everything from Forever 21 to Louis Vuitton.

Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, coffee maker, pots and pans, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and standard appliances, all shown in the photographs.

Bedrooms- The spacious master bedroom has a King sized mattress, ensuite bathroom, and large window that overlooks the pool and patio. The second bedroom has a Queen sized mattress and large picture windows. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds.

Bathrooms- The master has an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower, and granite countertops.. The second bathroom is shared and has a shower/ bathtub combo.

Exterior- The private outdoor oasis shines with plenty of sunshine and lounge furniture to soak it all in! The pool area is extremely secluded. Enjoy a dip in the sun soaked pool or stay cool by sipping cocktails in the Florida room as you snack on fresh Florida oranges or Key lime pie. You will find outdoor living at its finest with a dining table that seats 4, and 4 pool front chairs. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience in a laundry room off the kitchen. Cable, and WIFI included.

The sunny Florida room and sparkling pool are the perfect places to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.THIS AGREEMENT, governed by the laws of the State of Florida, is executed as of the time and date of the electronic signature by the undersigned Guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) evidencing Guest’s acceptance of the terms hereunder and accepted by the Owner and Rental Agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) of the subject Property which is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto all pursuant to the Electronic Signature Statutes referenced herein. It is agreed and understood that this is Agreement is part of an automated transaction as same is defined under the Electronic Signature Statutes. The Rental Agent is Cornerstone Property Group Inc,. a Florida corporation d/b/a Walker Vacation Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Agent”). Whenever the defined term Owner is used herein, said term shall also include the Rental Agent. Whenever the defined term Rental Agent is used herein, it shall refer to the Rental Agent only. This Agreement is only for transient short-term rental of the rental premises listed in the Reservation as defined below. Upon acceptance of the Reservation, Guest hereby agrees to and accepts all of the covenants, limitations, agreements, conditions and terms set forth herein.

1 - GENERAL: In consideration of the following terms, covenants, agreements, limitations and conditions entered into by the parties hereto, Owner rents to Guest the Propert
