Well equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, heat pump, bath, lounge, flat screen television with sky and free WiFi. The property is child friendly for children up to the age of 1 and we can offer a porta-cot as well.


Your gorgeous outdoor deck comes complete with a large outdoor dining set, a second seating area and a large umbrella, where you can enjoy breakfast with a view.


The wonderful central island location is a great place to explore beautiful Waiheke Island from. Kennedy Point car ferry is only a five minute drive, the local bus stop is only a five minute walk. A ten minute walk will have you at the local dairy and another couple of minutes after that your toes will be in the sand at Palm Beach. The largest supermarket on the island, Countdown, is in the Ostend shopping hub, along with restaurants, cafes, the local Saturday market and some great vineyards.


PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee of $60 applies to each stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights most other times. One night stays will be considered upon request outside of the high peak season that runs from December thru to end of April. A $50 surcharge applies.
