This unit is newly renovated in a contemporary/modern decor. Walk one mile to Siesta Village for restaurants, shops and nightlife. The #1 Beach in the U.S (according to Dr. Beach and Trip Advisor 2017) is just a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride from your accommodations.

TripAdvisor's Best Beach in U.S 2016 & 2017. Siesta Beach is approximately 6 miles long of powder white sand. Every day hundreds of walkers, joggers, bike riders pass by on the water's edge. Along the beach there are a variety of sea birds such as egret, sandpiper, herons and of course sea gulls. Many days dolphins can be seen feeding and playing just off the beach along with the occasional manatee. The Gulf of Mexico shallow depths make it a very popular beach as walking hundreds of feet offshore the depth barely reaches six feet.

Enjoy the private patio in the evening, after a BBQ on the Weber Grill. Stroll down to beautiful Siesta Beach for sunset.

We are ready for your arrival, anytime after 3:00 p.m. Please park to the right of the building, under the green shade sail. Your entrance is on the right side of the building. The lockbox code is 0202. Please call or text when you arrive, so we know you are happy with the accommodations.

The laundry room is located in the back of the building. There is small bottle of laundry detergent (3 loads) in your unit. Free bikes are located in the laundry room. The bikes and laundry machines are communal, so please share with other guests.

Non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
Please, no music after 10:00 p.m.
The maximum occupancy at all times is 5 people. No parties or events.
If you have pets, please scoop up after them.
