Each room in the house has been themed and tastefully decorated to the highest standard so that guests can truly indulge themselves during their stay.

GROUND FLOOR LAYOUT.

ZEN: As soon as you enter you are greeted with the cool and calm “Chillax zone” on your right. The stylish, contemporary leather suite just cries out to be used and the wall mounted ipod dock/cd player provides the musical background to let you unwind and relax. 

Next is FORMAL & FUN: The stylish table and chairs seats eight people and makes an ideal setting for food, fun and laughter. 

KITCHEN HEAVEN: As you would expect the kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets to make your stay hassle free and includes a breakfast table with four chairs for that first cup of java in the morning. 

LIVE & LETS LOUNGE: With its open plan layout and vaulted ceiling this room caters for that much needed and well deserved “Me Time”. Kick back, sink into a luxurious leather reclining chair with your beverage of choice and watch your favourite programme or latest blu-ray film on the stunning High Definition 60” Plasma TV and soundbar.

For the sports mad amongst you we have all the major US,UK and European networks as well as the Disney channels for the kids so everyone should be happy.

BAKE & DIP: Step out onto the oversized lanai and you immediately experience the sense of space. As well as the tasteful furniture for outdoor dining the owners have created an “outside room” complete with 47” TV and conversation suite. Ideal for anyone who isn’t a sun worshipper to relax and enjoy themselves.

THE DUNGEON: Beside the downstairs toilet, leading to the garage/games room you will find the instruments of torture: the washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well as a crib (pack 'n' play) and high chair. You have been warned!

FRENCH CHIC: In contrast the upstairs master bedroom has a different style but the same sense of elegance. It too has a luxurious King size bed, TV/DVD player, clock radio and ceiling fan but with its Parisian inspired design creates a special ambience and is completed by an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/bath, toilet, hand basin and mirrored vanity unit.
