Windsor Palms is a wonderful, private resort style community yet only 3 miles from Disney. Situated just off Hwy 192 it offers guests free use of all the fantastic resort facilities.

These include a beautiful club house, 58 seater cinema (showing all the latest movies), pool, air-hockey and table tennis tables, well equipped gym, floodlit tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, children's playground, BBQ area, Olympic size heated pool, spa and children's paddling pool and Sundry shop. All racquets and equipment are also available free of charge ($5 refundable deposit). At the clubhouse you will also find an Internet room with Fax/Printer facilities. Guests are welcome to use these facilities for a small charge of $10 an hour (log on and off throughout your stay using your own password) or $10 per day for Wi Fi connection for those guests who prefer to bring their own laptops. So when you've had enough of visiting the Theme Parks you can sit back, relax in your own villa or enjoy all the fun of Windsor Palms.



Our villa is a beautiful, luxurious home from home that offers only the very best in holiday accommodation. Everything you need to make your visit to the Orlando area has been carefully and tastefully selected.



Ground Floor - The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan living area, with 42" HDTV, DVD/Video and CD HiFi which leads to a beautiful kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the up to date equipment expected in a luxury villa. The dining and living areas have views of the conservation area to the rear of the property.

From the living area you have direct access to the covered lanai/pool which can also be accessed through the separate pool bathroom. Outside there is a private extended deck, heated pool/spa and covered eating area. The extended deck allows you to enjoy your time outdoors and relax in privacy overlooking the lovely conservation area. We have a selection of chairs, sun loungers, dinning table and occasional tables for your enjoyment. We also have a choice of gas BBQ.



Also on the ground floor you will find master bedroom 1 with a King bed, cable TV, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, a walk in closet and its own access to the pool area. Master Bedroom 2 also has ensuite facilities with a Queen bed and Cable T.V. The third downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and Cable T.V/Video and a PS2 complete with a selection of games. A Utility area offers a washer, dryer, an iron and ironing board. We also have a games area with Foosball, Table Tennis and a 7ft Air Hockey table. 



Second Floor - The second floor briefly comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom with a magnificent galleried landing overlooking the downstairs family area. Two of the bedrooms offer twin beds and the third bedroom is a beautiful, large King bedded room with cable T.V, which overlooks the pool and conservation area. It makes an ideal family room for those guests who wish to have their baby staying with them (using the crib available in the villa) or for those who just wish to have a large bedroom with wonderful views. 



The villa is completely Air Conditioned and we also offer free Local, National and International Calls to a wide range of countries around the world. The villa also has free Wireless Internet access.
