This magnificent home is decorated to an exceptional standard with soothing and calming chocolate browns, golds, creams and magnolia, accented by a scattering of blue's - a wonderful haven to return to after a day at the parks where you can slide into a comfortable sumptuous, leather sofa, or better still, into the beautiful blue waters of the lush East Facing pool and relaxing spa. The main lounge is so comfortable with leather sofa's and pleasing soft furnishings to relax in whilst reading a book perhaps. The family room offers comfortable cream leather sofas and a large foot stool, with a 46" flat screen TV, DVD and cable TV, including Fox soccer, for your watching pleasure. For the chef in you there is a perfect large kitchen with quality range, microwave and stainless steel, side by side large fridge/freezer, everything that you require should you wish to prepare a gourmet meal to serve at one of the two large tables in the dining area, or even at the granite table by the pool. There is also a high chair for the babies within the family. For your convenience there is an ipod docking station located in the kitchen.
