This home is fully furnished. All new bedrooms sets and mattresses, flat screen TVs, sheets, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The living room has been furnished with a new sleeper sofa, love seat and two very comfortable reading chairs for the utmost comfort. Newly furnished with a new 60” HD Smart TV and WiFi throughout the house. Next you can exit through the sliding glass doors to the ocean front deck with plenty of seating for the family.

If the sun is a little too hot, then the covered patio is just as large as the balcony above it. Or if you want some of both, then stroll over to the beautifully restored Gazebo and enjoy it all.

The gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach are all yours to enjoy while you’re on your family vacation.

Our large U-shaped kitchen has been fully upgraded with marble counter-tops and gleaming stainless steel appliances as well as a stainless steel sink. Although the supermarkets are close (and the weekly farmer’s market is excellent), you’ll only have to shop if you feel like it. The side-by-side stainless steel fridge/freezer should easily hold a family's week of groceries. Our home also features a full size 'super capacity' washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

The elegant in-suite dining area can be for a casual meal or for a formal dinner, the choice is yours. The table seats six with four additional high top stools at the breakfast bar.

Three of three bedrooms offer king-sized beds, not just the master suite, and every bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The master has a new 46' Flat Screen HDTV. The fourth bedroom contains two twin size beds. Also there are two sleeper sofas.

The home has beach chairs and towels for your use.

Great landscaping is not only beautiful but is home to lots of local wildlife. Children, and ready photographers will love spotting the wildlife, dolphins, coastal birds and so much more.
