Conveniently located to a short walk to the beach, you will enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and ocean from our home. This beautifully decorated three bedroom, 2 bath home with ocean view balcony and upper third deck offer the ultimate view of Crescent Beach. “Sunrise-Sunset” also offers plenty of parking and is perfect for your St. Augustine vacation!

Sunrise-Sunset has three bedrooms, two baths, HDTVs, terrific furnishings, living room, fully stocked kitchen, family room, and fenced-in patio area. A large patio with plenty of seating and enclosed outdoor shower is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. This is an upscale and yet very comfortable place to stay, and we invite you to make it your home when you come to St. Augustine!

You'll want to stay outdoors long into the evening, so pick up some refreshments and snacks or even some take-out and enjoy a dinner on the second floor balcony or third floor sundeck. You can enjoy the view or the ocean breeze all day and all night.

When it's time to go indoors, you'll be delighted by the breeziness of silent ceiling fans supplementing the central air-conditioning and the comfortable décor welcoming you to a place of relaxation. The family room, dining room which seats six, kitchen, three bedrooms (including the master with queen size bed), and two full tub/shower baths are conveniently located on the first and second floor of the home. The second floor has two bedrooms (both with queen size beds), full bath with walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view and both bedrooms open onto the wrap around balcony.

The downstairs bedroom consist of one queen size bed and one twin bed. Also located on the first floor is a full size futon if needed.

The kitchen is breathtaking, with upgraded appliances, tile floors, the upgraded countertops as well as an informal breakfast island for two.. The upgraded cabinets are stocked with what is needed to prepare meals and you'll find all the time-savers you rely on: microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sinks, and of course the dishwasher!

Sunrise-Sunset also features a rear patio for the outdoor chef with a table and chairs and plenty of seating. A full size washer and dryer are located on the first floor so no need to worry about doing laundry when you return home. There is also an outside shower located on the rear patio.
