It is a new 2-bedroom 2-bath home with everything a guest, or even a local, could ask for, The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sofa bed, smart TV, and location, location, location!

Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk or bike ride to just about everything. In addition to walking, running, or biking on the beach, watching dolphin frolic in the surf, fishing off of the beach or pier, there are so many other things to do. Rent bikes, paddle or surfboards right down the street at The Pit Surf Shop.

Take in a show at the nearby Saint Augustine Amphitheatre, kayak or visit the lighthouse at Anastasia State Park; tour historic Saint Augustine; take a 30 minute drive to the World Golf Village and tour the World Golf Hall of Fame; go shopping at the Prime Outlet Mall.

Or do what so many of our guests do when they come stay: enjoy sunrises on the beach, sit on the front porch or on the side patio while drinking your coffee, stroll to Mango Mangos, Beachcomber or Coquina Beach for dinner, take in the Saturday morning Old City Farmer's Market and hang out around the kitchen while cooking and catching up with friends and family.
