This is a home from home 3 bed villa with a sunny aspect pool perfect for a family holiday in the heart of Southern Dunes Golf resort. Excellent value for money and the villa is equipped with quality furniture and comfortable beds.
The bedrooms consist of a Master King with en-suite and 32' TV at the back of the house looking onto the pool deck.
The 2nd room is a Queen room and the third a twin room. There is a 2nd bathroom located near these rooms
The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the villa is tiled throughout.
This villa is clean looking and well kept.
From an entertainment perspective, the villa offers a 46' TV in the lounge area, an I-Pod docking station, CD player and DVD player with a collection of DVD's to watch and also free WiFi.
Off the lounge area there is a dining table which seats 6 people and the kitchen area next to that has a breakfast bar for 2.
The pool area which captures the sun from around 8am - 4pm has a safety pool fence to keep little one's safe and patio table / chairs and 2 sun loungers
The pool area is screened with a lanai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool is an optional extra recommended between October - April.
Southern Dunes itself has a public pool, tennis courts, play area, library & gym for guests to use.
There are plenty of places to eat out and many options of take away's nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped when you want to eat in .
International phone cards can be purchased from local supermarkets from $10.
