Unique boutique shops line the streets, offering everything from unusual crafts to exotic teas and a pet bakery. Free live entertainment is featured nightly, from 5:00 to 9:00 on Dog Trot Porch in the central square. Do stop by to listen, or perhaps join the dancing! The Saturday morning Farmers' Market features delicious cheeses, breads, meats and organic local for the perfect Floridian BBQ. You are cart-close to Eisenhower Regional Recreation ("Rec") Center, another focus of free classes and activities, offering interests from aerobics to Zumba, swim sports to pickle ball, that Villages' obsession. You are just minutes by golf cart to Bradenton Recreation Center, where you will find a family-friendly swimming pool, a billiards room and a card/board game room. Drop in to any rec with your Temp ID and ask for the weekly list of free activities. You will be amazed at what is offered! If golf is your interest, you are in the perfect location for the neighboring Executive courses of Killdeer, Destin, Fort Walton and Pensacola. You are also a short cart ride to Bonifay and Evans Prairie Country Clubs, with their Championship courses, pro shops and excellent restaurants. The living room comfortably seats five and has a flat-screen TV. The dining area seats four for formal meals and opens to the well-equipped kitchen, with its eat-in area and breakfast bar seating. This kitchen has been designed for easy meal preparation, but please do remember that a favorite Villages' hobby is "Eating Out," and there are 100 restaurants to sample within The Villages! The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite master bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and closet and is adjacent to bathroom two with its tub and shower combination. The screened lanai is the perfect place for morning coffee or juice or a comfortable spot for relaxing at the end of a day's activities. All of our properties come with High Speed WiFi internet included. Linens, dishes, cutlery and towels are also supplied for your convenience. Each property has either cable TV or satellite TV available for your enjoyment. With the Village Resident ID card you can use any of the 36 Executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical "pitch and putts!" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You will pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family-friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1,000 organized activities every week through the recreation centers.
