Villa Kostas is an authentic large Greek house built of stone. The house is set around a courtyard with exotic tall trees and has a private pool with a separate children's pool, a pond and a separate BBQ area in the corner of the garden. The house is 200 years old and is very tastefully renovated. The floor of the house is walled so that live in this house is going on the inside. The house is on the other side of the garden a staircase that takes you to a separate studio. The garden is beautiful, just a little paradise. There are sunbeds and parasols.Het food will be prepared mainly on the BBQ. The BBQ area has a large covered seating area where you can really cozy with each food.This home is ideal for a large family or multiple families samen.Villa Kostas is located in the small town Giannoudi with only 20 inhabitants, situated on a mountain 4,5 km from the city of Rethymno. The beautiful sandy beach, the shops and many tavernas are within 2.5 km from the village.
