Thanks for taking a moment to view my condo. I've been coming to Seascape for 20 years. If you are looking for a wild MTV party place this is NOT the place for you! Seascape is very family friendly. Quiet, peaceful and perfect for family vacations. I bought this unit in early 2016 and immediately started a complete renovation project. It's a golf course villa about a sand wedge from the 13th green. The location and view are ideal. This is a second floor condo with a very large balcony perfect for sitting, sipping, reading and relaxing. You park right in front of the unit and you don't have to wait for an elevator that smells like 4 day old seaweed.
It's a "golf course villa" due to it being built on a golf course. But at it's core it's a beach condo! Five minute walk to the white sand beaches of the emerald coast. The Destin area beaches are consistently ranked in the top beaches in the world. Seascape also has a private parking lot for guests if you don't feel like walking. SO convenient. The condo also has three bikes that you are welcome to use as long as you haven't forgotten how to ride them.
This is a two bedroom, two full bath condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HDTV, ceiling fan and a really cool painting on the wall. I don't know who painted it but I have my people working on getting that information ASAP. (I don't really have people, I had Bing but I upgraded to Google) The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, a super single roll away bed as well as a wall mounted flat screen HDTV. All beds have new, 5 star hotel grade mattresses and I even put really soft comfy sheets on them.
I installed a washer/dryer. And when I say "I installed" what I really mean is I supervised a team of highly qualified, bonded and licensed technicians who actually "installed." And since they were here I also had them completely tear out the kitchen, both bathrooms, the carpeting and the, wait for it, wallpaper!!!
So now the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, raised ceiling, extended counter tops and another really cool painting! Both bathrooms are now totally updated with new vanities, toilets, showers and another really cool painting in the guest bathroom.
Here is where I may have made a mistake. I installed a 65" flat screen in the den. I know, crazy! It's like your own personal movie theatre.
People come here to go to the beach, eat seafood, play golf and tennis and live life like a Jimmy Buffett song but I couldn't help it, TV's were on sale… Seascape offers free WIFI but the signal was as weak as a Kardashian wedding vow. So I had a private secure WIFI signal brought in.
