Remodeled in February of 2016, this home is crisp and clean inside and out. Freshly painted throughout, with new landscaping, and all new furnishings inside the Banyan House is waiting for your arrival. Complete with three bedroom and one and a half bathrooms it accommodates a maximum of six.



Pulling into the driveway you will immediately notice the beautiful back drop of palm trees in the backyard and the spectacular Royal Poncientta tree in the front yard. The house is surrounded by stunning Florida fauna.



Walking through the front door you will be greeted by the spacious entrance. It provides plenty of room to unload the car before exploring your new home away from home. Off the back of the entrance is a half bath and the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.



From the entrance, step up into the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances, wood cabinets, abundant amounts of counter space and everything you might need for preparing all meals while here in Paradise. Gather at the eat in area of the kitchen or dine in the dining room overlooking Washington Avenue through the front windows.



Just off the dining area is the first of two guest bedrooms. This bright and crisp bedroom has a full size bed along with plenty of closet space for all your guests' belongings.



Flanking the kitchen is the roomy living room. Oversized, comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV, coupled with a soft color palette will have you relaxing in no time.



Heading down the hallway is the full, remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combination, along with two bedrooms. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom is across the hall with a king size bed and your own private in-room TV.



The backyard has a great sitting area, along with a gas grill for all your grilling needs.



Location is key in finding the perfect vacation rental. The Banyan House offers not only wonderful accommodations for you and your guests, but a great location on the island. Walk to the beach in less than four minutes. Here you will find seven miles of white sugar sand and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico waiting for you. For the adventurous parasailing and jet ski rentals can be found within a 5 minute walk of the Banyan House.



Grocery shopping couldn't be easier with Publix grocery store to the south and Topps to the north. Both are less than 1 mile from the house. Shops, restaurants and Times Square are all within walking distance. Jump on the trolley at the corner of Estero Blvd. and explore the island.
