Welcome to Dolphin Bay! This beautiful three bedroom, two full bath water front home is located in the heart of the Times Square district. It sleeps six total and is both dog and cat friendly.



Dolphin Bay has it all for the perfect vacation here in Paradise. Nestled among the multi-million dollar homes, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood towards the end of the canal near Estero Bay, you will find 266 Primo Drive.



Pulling into the driveway you will immediately notice the gorgeous water view of the canal behind the home It is the perfect spot to relax on the large boat dock and enjoy the fantastic views across the bay. Take the stairs to the upper level of the house while taking in the sights and breathing in the warm salt air. Before heading inside walk around the upper deck to absorb the spectacular views. Keep an eye out for the dolphins and manatees that frequent the water below. This deck area is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the house. A large exterior dining table for six, a gas grill for your barbequing pleasure and comfortable lounge seating make for an enjoyable day or evening.



Walking through the front door of the house the living room will be immediately to your left. Bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the large upper deck, you will find comfortable furnishings and a large, flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The living area is an open concept room with a formal dining room, breakfast bar, and expansive modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you might want or need for preparing your meals while here at Dolphin Bay.



Heading down the hallway off the kitchen you'll find laundry facilities to the left, a full bathroom with his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower to the right. Further down the hallway is the first of two guest bedrooms. Complete with a queen size bed and plenty of closet and dresser space your guests will be well taken care of.



The master bedroom is towards the front of the house. It has a queen size bed, in-room TV for your late night viewing pleasure, large walk-in closet, and full ensuite bathroom with his and her vessel sinks and a large walk-in shower. The master suite also has a small balcony for some late night star gazing with that special someone.



On the opposite corner of the front of the house is the second guest bedroom. It's complete with two twin beds and an in-room TV. Both guest bedrooms share the full bathroom in the adjoining hallway.



Heading downstairs to the ground level you will find a beautiful yard with loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine while relaxing by the canal. Watch the boats cruise by, the pelicans glide above you; all while letting the stresses of every day life slip away. Rent a boat or kayak or bring your own and head out into Estero Bay to explore our unique waterways and mangrove islands.



Had enough of the Florida sun for the day? Retreat to the backyard screened in lanai and into the shade. This is also a wonderful area for bug free nights during the summer while still being down at the water. Interested in a little fun? Challenge someone in your party to a game of shuffleboard. Your own private court has been provided for your use during your stay. For those quick potty breaks a downstairs toilet is conveniently located so you don't have to run back upstairs.



We realize with accommodations as great as these are and all the amenities that you have, you may forget about the beach and all the great activities of Fort Myers Beach. When it's time to venture out everything is right outside your door step just a two minute walk from the house. At the end of Primo Drive you will find an unbelievable amount of shops and restaurants for you to explore. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach is directly across from the corner of Primo Drive just waiting for you to explore. For the adventurous ones jet ski and parasailing rentals are available less than a one minute walk away. Enjoy fishing? The backyard canal is a wonderful area for catching a fresh fish dinner as is the Fort Myers Beach Pier. You will want to save some energy for the end of the day and check out some of our local beach bars and famous beach bands. Our nightlife here on Fort Myers Beach is all within walking distance of the house, so you never have to worry about driving home. Quick groceries can be found at a 7/11 just one block away, with a full service grocery store one mile south of the house, or the new Super Wal-Mart three miles north.



Please note for our guests with allergies this home is smoke free. While this is a pet friendly home, all pets must be 20 lbs. or less in order to accompany you.
