60 Chapel Street

Beach views without the beachfront price tag! That's what you will find when staying at 60 Chapel Street. This older style beach side cottage has four bedrooms and two and a half baths, all less than 100 steps to our seven miles of white sugar sand beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



Take the steps to the second level of the house and open the front door to your beach vacation. Entering directly into the kitchen it will make unloading the car from the grocery store a snap. The full kitchen has everything you may need for preparing your meals while on vacation and includes a dishwasher to get you back to the beach quickly!



The open concept kitchen opens to the dining and living room and has a half bath off of it for everyone's convenience. A large dining room table will seat everyone comfortable for both dinner and perhaps some board games later in the day. The living room has an expansive leather sectional sofa great for spreading out and relaxing on. A large flat screen TV has been provided so you can keep up with your daily shows or connect to the wifi and sign onto social media sharing your vacation photos of your stay here in Paradise. Off the living room is a generously sized deck which overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico, as well as Estero Blvd. It's a great people watching spot!



At the end of a fun filled day at the beach retire to the master bedroom with a king size bed, in-room TV and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



The first of the three guest bedrooms has a full size bed along with plenty of dresser space for your guests stay. Take the stairs down to the ground level of the house where you'll find the two additional guest bedrooms and full bathroom. The one bedroom offers a queen size bed, the other a twin day bed.



A washer and dryer can be found in the downstairs garage area for all your laundry needs. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.



When it is time to hit the beach it can't get any easier than staying at 60 Chapel Street. Walk right out your door and in less than 100 steps you will sink your toes into our white sugar sand beaches and warm Gulf waters. Centrally located at the north end of the island Topps grocery store is directly across the street from the house making grocery shopping a breeze. Walk to Times Square and enjoy shopping or dining along the way at the many shops and restaurants. Don't forget to check out our excellent night life and some of our amazing beach bands. You're close enough to all the action to walk home without having to worry about driving.




For the adventurous ones jet ski and parasailing rentals are just to the north of the house. Get a different view of the island from the water or up in the air soaring with the pelicans. Don't forget to watch for the dolphins out in the Gulf of Mexico. If you watch carefully you will see them swimming along multiple times throughout the day.
