Recently remodeled and decorated in the winter of 2016 this home is fresh and inviting.



Pulling into the driveway you'll find the pool and screened in lanai off to the right of the house. Lush, tropical landscaping and the waterfall in the pool area immediately set the serene setting for your vacation here.



Take the steps up to the second level. You'll note as you are walking up there is a great exterior shower for your use when returning from the beach. At the top of the stairs a wonderful upper sitting area allows you to sit atop the trees while checking out the neighborhood. Enter into the enclosed front porch sitting area, which can be air conditioned for your comfort as well. The living room is just off the enclosed front porch. It's well appointed with new furnishings, tropical colors, a large flat screen TV and wireless internet.



Just off the kitchen is the open kitchen with breakfast bar. This large kitchen is bright and airy and open to the living and dining areas allowing the host to prepare delicious meals while staying in the conversation. The formal dining area is filled with natural light from the multiple windows and offers an intimate setting.



Head down the hallway to the two bedrooms located at the rear of the house. The master offers a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, plenty of dresser space for all your belongings, a flat screen TV, and your own private full ensuite bathroom.



Your guests will be well taken care of in the guest bedroom. It offers them two twin beds and a full on the bottom of a bunk bed and an in-room TV. A full bathroom in the hallway is perfectly located for everyone.



On the ground level of the house you will find the laundry facilities, a gas grill for your grilling pleasure, bikes for touring around the island, and of course your own private in-ground electric heated pool. Enjoy countless hours swimming and cooling off in the screen enclosed pool area.



With accommodations as nice as they are at 321 Lazy Way you may find it hard to leave. But remember you did come here to experience our 7 miles of white sugar sand beach and it's just a 3 minute walk from the house. Swim in the warm Gulf of Mexico waters, walk our soft sugar sand beach, soak up the Florida sunshine, relax and know you are in Paradise. Of course you are not going to want to miss our incredible sunsets over the Gulf waters!



For our guests with allergies please note this home is both pet free and smoke free. This home is centrally located in the middle of the island providing easy access both to the north and south. Publix grocery store is only a 5 minute walk or less than a minutes drive from the house. Looking to rent a boat for the day or enjoy a fabulous lunch or dinner? Located right behind Publix you'll find Bayfront Bistro and Snook Bite Marina.
