The green blue waters of the Gulf stand out amid the palm trees and landscaping.



The kitchen is to your left; it's open to the dining and living area. Granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances make this a cook's dream kitchen. Plenty of counter space and all the amenities of home are provided. The kitchen has a separate entrance which brings you down to the side and front yards, where a gas grill and picnic table for your outdoor dining and grilling pleasure.



The living and dining areas are bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Sitting high above the street, nestled among the trees, you have a bird's eye view of everything. Decorated in pale yellows, greens and earth tones it emits a spa like feeling soothing the stresses of everyday life away. Heading back towards the front entrance and down the hallway, you'll find a full bathroom and full size laundry for everyone's use. A little further down and to the left is the master bedroom. Beautiful furnishings, with plenty of dresser and closet space, as well as a queen size bed, with a high quality mattress, will be waiting for you at the end of a fun filled day. A large screen TV allows you to slip away from the others in your party and catch your favorite show before bedtime. A full ensuite bathroom is part of the master suite as well.



The guest bedroom is at the end of the hallway. Two twin beds with high quality mattresses will ensure your guests are comfortable and well rested. A glass enclosed porch opens up to the guest bedroom allowing your guests an extra place to get away and relax in private. The full bathroom in the hallway accommodates your guests and includes a full size laundry for your extended stay.



This home is centrally located on the island; it's directly across the street from the beach. The beach is a quick two minute walk to the north or south. Once there, you'll find seven miles of white sugar sand beach and warm Gulf waters. For those with an adventurous side Jet Ski and parasailing rentals are just north of the house. If soaking up the Florida sunshine is more your passion, there are also chair and cabana rentals nearby.



Publix and Topps groceries stores are each within a 3-5 minute drive of the house; one is north and the other south. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Times Square is a mere 15-20 minute walk or a short drive away. You'll love the convenient location of this home. It provides ease of access to both north and south ends of the island; you can get where you want to go quickly. Trolley stops are located right outside the front door on the corner of Estero Blvd and Washington Avenue.
