LIVING AREA:This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is the perfect getaway. Enjoy cooking your meals in the fully equipped, open kitchen while entertaining friends and family in the living room. If you don't feel like being inside you might decide to BBQ with the charcoal grill. The living room is spacious. A flat screen TV will keep you in touch with your favorite show. One of the couches double as a sleeper sofa providing an additional sleeping area. The living room opens to the screened in lanai overlooking the backside of the house. SLEEPS 10: When you get tired feel free to retire to one of the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main floor which might make it convenient for families with young children. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and offers a queen size bed and flat screen TV to catch the weather or your favorite show. Plenty of dresser and closet space will accommodate all your belongings. A full bathroom in the hallway accommodates for everyone. The first of two guest bedrooms has 2 twin size beds and in-room TV. The second guest bedroom has 3 twin beds and is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme to make your children feel special and on vacation as well. There is a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway. At the back of the house upstairs there is a bonus room. Here you will find a futon for an additional sleeping area for two, along with a large third floor exterior deck. The deck is sure to be one of your favorite parts of the house and a great spot for soaking up our Florida sunshine.



THINGS TO DO: Take a 1 minute walk and find yourself with your toes in the soft sugar sand of stunning Fort Myers Beach! The public beach access is located just across the back of the lot - and the Gulf of Mexico is 300 feet away. 6036 Estero also includes off street parking, wireless internet, and a full size private washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.



Centrally located you will love this home. Walk to restaurants, shopping, the beach movie theater and more. Parasailing, jet ski rentals and beachfront cabana rentals can also be found right outside your door on the beach. Santini Marina Plaza is one mile south of the house, with Times Square being 3.5 miles north. Trolley stops can be found right outside the front door of the house to take you anywhere you'd like. If you choose to leave the island north to Fort Myers or south to Bonita Springs and Naples, there are lots of malls for shopping, Edison, Gulf Coast Town Center, Waterside, Miromar and Tanger Outlet malls, and several mini golf parks.
