An excellent location to enjoy the sun, the Turkish culture and the Mediterranean, this cosy apartment is on the ground floor inside a small complex, built against a hillside. The living room and bedrooms all have airconditioning, to escape from the warmth. Much of the interior has recently been renovated, so that for example all kitchen equipment is new. Outside, you have a covered terrace where you can dine or drink a glass of wine, overlooking the hills and the sea. The apartment is decorated in light colors, adding only to the feeling of summer. On the complex is a shared pool with lounge chairs. A local super market, a restaurant and public transport are only a 100 meters away.

Just 1 kilometer on foot are the sea and a public beach with a childrens play area. Although Koyunbaba is a residential area, it's relatively quiet. For more of the mundane life, you can go to Turgutreis, a little more south, or of course to Bodrum, the sparkling center of the southwest Aegean Coastline.

And, in this house you have no additional costs, everthing is already included in the price.

Due to recent changes in Turkish law, the home owner is required to contact you before your stay, in order to acquire from you: copies of passport detail pages and photograph page for all guests, including children.
In case the home owner does not receive these details in a timely manner, the law states he must refuse to hand you the property keys and to refuse to allow you to enter the holiday home.

Drink the tap water – wash vegetables and cook and clean teeth with bottled water, Fuat can arrange for water & Gas delivery when required. (At your cost)

Smoking.
Please restrict smoking to the terrace area ONLY not in the apartment (Thank You)
Please use any pantry / cleaning products and replace them as necessary for the next renters.
Spare light bulbs etc: are in the cupboard above the fridge.

Washing Machine.
Fast cold wash Approx 30 mins
Eko 40 warm wash Approx 90 mins
PLEASE USE 50/50 WASHING POWDER AND CALGON WHICH SOFTENS
THE WATER AND PROTECTS THE MACHINE.
Electricity – Blackouts are common.
Supply can be interesting, if power goes off first check the safety switches in the power box on the inside wall behind the front door switch back on if necessary, if they are all ok then it is a mains problem and you have to wait for power to be restored.
Water pressure – Can go very low it is usually restored within an hour.
