This is a private residence located at 10295 Collins Ave, otherwise known as the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour. Each guest room design is enhanced by spacious modern perspectives opening to large terraces with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Precious mahogany wood, granite stone material, leather accents and custom artwork by painters Jay McCafferty and Darren Waterston help to convey a serene and warm atmosphere. A private elevator leads to a private foyer to this two-bedroom suite. This unit is a combined lock-off of an Executive Suite and an Executive Studio. There will be a check out fee of $275.00 charged. This is to cover the final clean and inspection of the unit. This fee is non-negotiable. The Unit has it's own private entrance but also connected through the Executive Suite. Luxury Rentals Miami Beach is in no way affiliated with any hotel. We manage privately owned residences.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to most the Hotel Amenities which includes the pool, the beach, the spa, the gym, and the restaurants. You do not have access to room service. Valet available at normal valet rate.

Interaction with Guests
Our property managers will meet you for check-in and again for check-out. They will also be available via phone at anytime.

The Neighborhood
Quiet, upscale area that is perfect for families, shopping, or relaxing on the beach.
