The residence comes furnished with 2 flat screen TV's, 2 marble bathrooms, sofa bed (queen), work area, fully equipped granite kitchen with all kitchenware as well as linens. There is a washer and dryer within the unit and the terrace is fully furnished as well. Fontainebleau offers 22 oceanfront acres, top restaurants, LIV, and 40k square feet of state of the art spa and fitness spaces.

The Space
This unit is located on the 3rd floor. When you stay at the Fontainebleau Residences, you have access to all the hotel amenities and facilities just like a hotel guest.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to all the Hotel Amenities which includes the pool, the beach, the spa, the gym, and the restaurants. Room Service is also available.

Interaction with Guests
We meet our guests at check in and provide a walk through of the property.
