Modern kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, washing machine) with fondue set as well as satellite TV, radio, and a CD player. Shower / toilet. Balcony with a view of the four-thousanders to the south. Garden furniture. Grilling area. In the home: floor heating; wood can also be burned for heat. Please note: this is a non-smoking residence. Access road to the home (mountain road). In the winter, bring your snow chains or a vehicle with 4-wheel drive. Parking in front of the home is available. Shop, restaurants, and station 4 km away and swimming lake 7 km away. Ski lift, chair lift, ski equipment, ski slopes, and ski school all 7 km away.
