Villa Armonia 1

Environment/surroundings :
Villa Armonia 1, is one of two villa's, at the foot of the village Lefktro, from which the village of Stoupa is grown. Situated on a very quiet road, which is not used by through traffic. All around are olive groves.
Villa's are built with fine sand-colored natural stone, which fits well with the surroundings. The balconies are very spacious, no view from one balcony to another, and from the balconies you can see the sea in the distance. The area around the villa is walled with the same stone and has enough space for two parking spaces. In the garden are also flowerbeds and olive trees. Has a large front terrace. On the balcony there is a table and four chairs and half of the terrace is protected with a straight blinds. Bedroom at the rear with French windows opening onto a small yard with an olive tree in the middle, closed with a door so that it is secure and private. The living room has two seating/sofa beds, a table with four chairs and a spacious kitchen with ceramic electric cooking with four burners a convection oven and microwave. There is a toaster and coffee maker and kitchenware.
