Near Artemonas you can find the village of Ano Petali and the unique small rocky beach Poulati, famous for its natural beauty.

Having been built in the late seventeenth century, the house is a genuine example of the famed Cycladic architecture.
Its stone walls and wood decorated ceilings along with the classical furniture and decoration, highlight the house’s history.
There is a downstairs floor and a guesthouse on the lower floor.
At the same time its fully renovated rooms provide all modern amenities and conveniences, like air conditioning and wireless high speed Internet, making Purple Flower Villa the perfect place to feel at home.

Is there an airport on the island?
Not yet, but within the next year could be ready a seaport (for Seaplains)

If no airport, how does one get there?
Its very easy. First to Athens Airport El. Venizelos.
Then, Sifnos is just 2 hrs from the main port of Athens – Piraeus

Another alternative is flight to Sanorini or Paros (Islands close to Sifnos),
and then a high spead boat to Sifnos, aprox. 2 hrs
