With all the living space being on the ground floor it also allows you to keep an eye on the kids while they are in the pool as well.



Bathed in natural light from the adjoining living room and dining room walls of sliding glass doors you will love the brightness of these rooms. The formal dining room and breakfast bar provide your indoor dining options, with additional seating areas on the screened in lanai. A high top table allows for fantastic water views of the canal in the dining room.



The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. Decorated in earth tones with large comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, this is a great room to kick your feet up and relax. Watch your favorite TV show or connect to the wireless internet.



On those perfect Florida days open the sliding glass doors and let the Gulf breeze flow through. Stepping out onto the lanai you will be captivated by the expansive water views. The very large screened in lanai features a covered area as well as full sun areas to satisfy everyone. Relax poolside in one of the loungers while soaking up the Florida sun or grab a float and cool off in your private pool. Enjoy lunch poolside at the outside dining table in the shaded area of the lanai. Grab a book and retreat to the Adirondack chairs close to the water while watching for the dolphins playing and boaters cruising by.



Head outside of the lanai to the backyard and try your luck at fishing. A fish cleaning station is located dockside for your convenience. Grill up your catch on the gas grill for a true Florida vacation experience.

Wake in the morning and enjoy an invigorating shower in the new floor to ceiling tiled walk-in shower. The spacious full bathroom allows for both to get ready for the day at the same time if desired. Grab your cup of coffee and welcome the day slowly while overlooking the canal outside the master suite in your own sitting area on a comfy chaise lounge. A large walk-in closet, along with plenty of dresser space accommodate for all your belongings.



The first of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed and in-room TV, while the second offers two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath in the adjoining hallway with a tub/shower combination. This hall bathroom also opens to the pool deck allowing for a quick bathroom break without having to travel through the house.



Also included with your stay are a full size washer and dryer in the attached garage. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.



One of the best things about 18131 Cutlass is the location! Being just off the north side of Fort Myers beach you can get to the island and beach quickly without much traffic; or head north to Sanibel and Captiva easily as well.



Super Walmart, Publix and Super Target are all within a five mile drive from the house so you can stock up on whatever supplies you might need during your stay easily. Of course there are multiple dining and shopping options close by as well; in fact too many to list!
