Stunning, detached villa with private swimming pool, only 150m from the sea, built in the typical style of Lefkas island. Because of its hillside setting, the swimming pool and the many terraces around the house offer magnificent views across the sea and the islands. The villa has a pleasant and comfortable interior and each bedroom is fitted with an en-suite bathroom and private veranda offering sea views. The long driveway, elevated setting and surrounding walls all contribute to the high level of privacy of this place. The house is set in no less than 4,500-m2 private grounds, which is dotted with olive trees. Perfect for a relaxing holiday or a romantic stay - don't miss the magnificent sunrises. In the evenings, the pool and terrace lights are on, illuminating the silvery leaves of the olive trees and creating a unique atmosphere.

This villa makes a good base for exploring Lefkas island with its endless sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and rocky coasts. Together with the mountain tops and the wooded hills, this makes for a unique landscape. Lefkas offers lovely, authentic villages, unspoiled little harbours and plenty of Greek culture.

Lefkas you still enjoy authentic villages, such as the lovely Vassiliki (about 8km), Nidri (about 15km), the touristic Nidri has a real boulevard with many restaurants, cafes and a busy shopping street.
In the bay of Sivota are authentic restaurants and cafes / bars. A spit of land and a pontoon bridge connect the island with the mainland, making the airport is easily accessible.
- On the south side of the island are a few natural harbors (bays) of Poros, Sivota, Amouso and Vassiliki. The latter is a paradise for windsurfers.

- On the west side of the island there are the traditional village of Agios Nikitas with the beautiful beaches Kathisma, Mylo and Pefkoulia. The beaches of Egremni and Porto Katsiki are mainly of unprecedented beauty and have the honor to be one of the most beautiful of Greece.
