Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the unique Country House with private Beach, directly by the sea, in a secluded area of Central Mainland Greece , 159 km north of Athens, not more than 2 hours drive from Athens Airport. The offered space is on the 1st floor of a traditional greek villa, with independent access situated in the central front of the Estate, 100 meters from the sea. appr. 75 sq.m with 2 bedrooms, balcony with panoramic view of both sea and the mountain, facing west. Estate is comprised by other buildings belonging to the land owner’s family, scattered throughout the private area, with a variety of animals (chickens, rabbits, peacocks, ponies and dears), an ideal place for animal lovers and children. It is guarded by a small herd of dogs and a family that resides permanently in the Estate, managing it.
The Estate produces a variety of local traditional products, own wine, olive oil, olives, marmalades and chicken eggs, items that would be available to the guests. Full and unlimited access to an area of 1 hectare (10.000 sq.meters) including the private beach and the area the animals are kept, in coordination with the superintendent of the Estate.

Near the Villa
Stretching from Attica in the south (Athens) to Macedonia in the north (Thessaloniki), the vast expanse of Central Greece has a little of everything, from excellent beaches to breathtaking byzantine monasteries (Meteora) and famous ancient sites like Delphi, with the oracle of Apollo and last, but not least, famous battlefields like Thermopylae of Leonidas, the famous king of Sparta (5th Century B.C.).

Arkitsa is in the center of all these, 155 km north of Athens, a bit more than an hour drive. The Country House is situated by the sea, 5 km north of Arkitsa, occupying a private area of approximately 5 hectares (50,000 sq.meters), with easy road access. The Estate has a private beach with pebbles. There are, also, plenty of sandy beaches in the area, the most famous and exotic ones being in Lichadonisia, a complex of tiny islands, some miles away, which are called "The Seychelles of Central Greece".

In addition, one can enjoy a variety of water sports in the area as follows:
In less than 20 km to the south (Beach of Atalanti), water ski. This spot provides only water ski facilities, throughout the day from mid-June to mid-September.
At Kamena Vourla (20 km to the north), there are agencies that rent small motorboats per day, organize in addition, daily cruises with larger boats to the nearby beaches and fascinating Lichadonisia islands, provide scuba diving and in general water sports services.
Finally, for the kitesurf lovers, the most famous beach spot of Central Greece, specializing in this fascinating water sport is situated 90 km to the north, at Raches bay, very close to Stylida port.

A car is recommended, given the fact that the Estate is only some miles away from the surrounding urban areas of Arkitsa port, the village of Livanates to the south and the port of Agios Constantinos to the north. The famous holiday resort of Kamena Vourla with its bursting night life and nice beaches, is only some miles further away across the northern coastline. Also, given the fact that in the vicinity one can find archeological and middle age sites to visit, a transportation vehicle is a must in order to explore further these classical monumental beauties of central Greece.

One has to note, that the Estate is suitable for guests who are feeling comfortable being close to animals, particularly for families with children, as there is plenty of safe and protected space for them to play around and for those guests who like relative seclusion and being away from the turmoil and fuzz of busy hotels and packed touristic popular resorts. All in all, it is a dream’s place for agro tourism holiday funs throughout the year.
