This gorgeous house is the only house located on the beach side of Hwy. 98. The home features a private pool and can be heated for an additional fee. Other features include a short walk to the beach, amazing gulf views from inside and outside the house, over 2200 sq. ft. of heated and cooled living area, WiFi, close to the pier and pet friendly. This house is perfect for your next vacation!


The home is elevated 10 feet off the ground to enhance your views and is 2 stories. The ground floor consists of a full bathroom to use when coming in from the beach and pool. In addition, there is a fully equipped laundry room and laundry chutes on each floor. There is also a nice storage area for beach equipment and you will love the outdoor entertainment area that has a flat screen TV to watch while relaxing by the pool. The first floor consists of a living room with lofted ceilings, kitchen, dining, 2 guest rooms and 1 full bath. The living room has ample seating, a 50 inch flat screen w/ DVD player, and 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully stocked with custom cabinets, corian counter tops, and stainless appliances, with seating of up to 10. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed while the other has 2 sets of twins over full convertible futons. The 1st Floor decks are covered on the front of the home that gives you wonderful views of the gulf and pier. On the back deck you can enjoy more great views overlooking the pool. The pool is 3.5 ft.-5 ft. deep. There is plenty of pool furniture for your entire group.


On the 2nd floor you will find 2 master suites and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed while the other a queen. Come enjoy your evening bath in the master room soaker tub, while enjoying the view of the beach at the same time. All bedrooms throughout the house have a flat screen TV in every room.


The rest of the grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained.
