Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1455 sq. ft. 2nd floor Condo sleeps 8
comfortably. There are 4 flat screen TV''s including a 50'' in the
Living Room and a 32'' in the Master bedroom. There is a full size
washer and dryer for your convenience. This is a second floor unit in a
2-story building. There will be no ''herd of elephants'' in the unit
above you. We have installed child proof gates at the top of stairs for
your children''s safety. There is an attached single car garage with
convenient entry directly into the unit. The garage has its own
dedicated parking space, car wash hose, or you can use the secure
garage to store golf clubs, strollers, motorcycles, etc.
It is only a short walk to the picturesque Club House (less than 2
minutes). This is a very family friendly gated community. WHAT MAKES
THIS RESORT STAND OUT: Location, Location, Location. It is only 1.5
miles to the gates of Disney World but a world away and only 1/2 hour
