The House - This holiday home is air conditioned in the main living area and in the first bedroom. With open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, your family can enjoy with flat screen TV, a DVD player and plenty of games and books to keep you occupied. BBQ on the private deck taking in the views through the trees. Kitchen with microwave, oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, main with King bed (splits into 2 King Single beds), private terrace, ceiling fan, portable heating, flat screen TV, walk in robe and ensuite, plus a small lounge area with a small double fold out sofa that would suit 1 adult or 2 children.
The second bedroom features a King-Sized bed (which also splits into 2 King Singles), built in robe and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has 2 single beds with room for a third fold out single bed. This room features a ceiling fan as well as a reverse cycle air conditioner and large built in robe.
The Main bathroom with a large corner bath and shower and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Secure parking in a double lock up garage, boat or Jet Ski parking in the driveway and a rear grassed area (not fenced).
