Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis (There are public courts on the island), para-sailing, jet ski or kayak.

Holiday weekly rates are higher ie.. EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMASCheck in is 3 PM. Check out is 10 AM. While we will try to accommodate early arrivals we do need time to clean the rental properties between tenants. All guests must be 21 Years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must provide a valid driver license or other valid ID on check-in or 1st business day if after hours arrival.
KEYS: Please take care of the keys provided to you as a $25.00 lock-out fee applies for any after-hour lock out emergency calls.
SMOKING: All of our units are non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors and responsibly discard all smoking debris. Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in an immediate and non-refundable $500.00 cleaning fee charged against your card.
ITEMS LEFT IN UNIT: Neither the landlord nor A Paradise Vacation Rentals will be held responsible for any personal items left in the units. If you request us to retrieve and mail items left in the unit, you will be responsible for mailing/shipping charges plus $25.00 processing fee.
PETS: Units allowing pets require a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee. Any unauthorized pets will result in a penalty and will immediately be charged to your credit card. Certain weight restrictions apply. Multiple pets are allowed in very few rental units and require a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
OCCUPANCY: Each unit has a maximum capacity. Overcrowding of units is not permitted and may result in the immediate eviction and loss of rent. Group gatherings such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor or bachelorette parties & family reunions, are not permitted.
