The Loft is on the second floor of an old warehouse in Wynwood, and its close to EVERYTHING. It Sleeps up to 8 people (4 comfortable beds).

Welcome to our warehouse loft unit in the Wynwood Art District of Miami. Our loft is a 1500 square foot open-spaced studio loft, creatively decorated to capture the essence of artistic Wynwood.
with 4 beds (3 Queen/Full beds and 1 giant 8 foot foam cushion).

This unit is for individuals, artist, and artist enthusiast who appreciate old warehouse lofts with creative spirits. Exposed pipes, creative décor, and not just 4 white walls, One of the most unique places to stay in Wynwood.

Wynwood is the more creative side of Miami, its hip and become more popular then South Beach, but it is still urban and industrial (compared to Williamsburg, NY)

Inside we offer all the necessities (full kitchen, Lg sofa, tv, wifi, comfortable beds, clean linens) you will need for an enjoyable stay.
These live/work units are also available for production rentals please inquire for more information.

*This is on the second floor of the 20,000 sq/ft premise, so this is not what I consider to be handicapped accessible. You will have some stairs to go up.

There is free parking on the street beside the building, Free WiFi, dvd, hdtv, clean linens & towels.

We are easily reachable through phone, text or email.

We love sharing our experiences in Miami and offering any tips and advice on places to visit, dine, or just good parking.

Other things to note

We do NOT consider the warehouse loft to be:
*Handicap accessible
*walking for main transportation (we highly recommend a car to get around)
*Kid friendly
We will consider allowing a pet, please tell us in inquiry.

PROPERTY RULES:
- No Parties/Events allowed without getting approval from us before booking. (Parties/Events are different pricing and we need full details).

- No cigarette smoking inside the building or loft

- Clean up after yourself (we try to keep our cleaning fee as low as possible for the sq footage, but additional cleaning fee will apply for dirty dishes & garbage)

- No Live Music/DJ and no loud music at night

- We are Pet friendly, depending on type of pet.. contact for more info

- Guest park on side of street (free parking)

- Breaking house rules will result in fines or early departure without refund (parties without prior approval will result in immediate departure without refund)

**The rate of having an event/party is different then a basic night stay. Inquire for details on getting approved on having an event at the studio.
