HUGE & FUNKY Artist Loft Wynwood Miami

Welcome to our Huge, One-of-a-Kind, 1500 sq/ft loft. It's perfect for art enthusiasts, photographers, and creative souls. Its one of the most unique & creative spaces in Miami. It has 3 separate rooms, each with their own different retro style. You will not find anything else like this in Miami.

Our loft located in Midtown Miami in the Wynwood Arts District. It is on the second floor of a large warehouse located in the Wynwood Art District. We often rent it out to other artists and photographers who need a cool place to both work and stay at. Its perfect for traveling artists because its offers a lot of space, allows for a comfortable stay, allows you to cook inside and is within a short distance to downtown, the beaches, and Midtown Miami. It's located within walking distance to all the cool & trendy spots including Wood, Kush, Mana, Electric Pickle, and Wynwood Walls


Our space was recently used in the new Daddy Yankee music video "Shakey Shake"

This space is set up to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably but can accommodate up to 10. However, it is also perfect for working and using it for creative purposes. It has 4 Queen beds and 1 Twin Futon.

This is no "doorman" kinda hotel with limos pulling up front. This is the kind of place to stay at when you want to experience the lifestyle of an artist, musician, filmmaker, dancer, fashion designer, or just as an intimate fan of the art community.

This is the perfect blend of an artist's loft and studio living. All wooden floors, 12' ceilings, and 1500 sq/ft of open space makes this a unique spot for your stay in Miami.

For your entertainment we have a 50" HDTV (Netflix, Hulu Plus), DVD/Blue Ray Player Sans cable

The kitchen is decorated with a retro 1950's look and feel. It is fully-stocked with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, chopping/prep station, pots, pan, and dishes, and coffee maker.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and of course fresh linens will be provided for every guest.

It is important to note that the apartment is situated in a creative but still urban & industrial neighborhood, which we love, but is not for everybody. Wynwood is home to one of the largest Art Festivals, Art Basel.

*This is NOT South Beach..We are about 5 miles from South Beach. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) "Wynwood, Miami" to get more of a feel for the area.

*This is on the second floor of the 20,000 sq/ft premise, so this is not what I consider to be handicapped accessible. You will have some stairs to go up.

PROPERTY RULES:
- No Parties/Events allowed without prior approval before booking (rates are also higher for parties, events, and commercial usage)

- No cigarette smoking inside the building or loft

- Please clean up after yourself (we try to keep our cleaning fee as low as possible for the sq footage, but additional cleaning fee will apply for dirty dishes & garbage)

- No loud music at night

- We are often Pet friendly, depending on type of pet.. please contact for more info as we do not allow you to bring a pet without prior consent

- Guest park on side of street (free parking)

- Breaking house rules will result in fines or early departure without refund (parties/events without prior approval will result in immediate departure without refund)

BEDROOM #1 DESCRIPTION:
Bedroom 1 is called the "Hot Rod Room". It has Flames painted on the wall and a upper platform sleeping area. There is a Queen Mattress on the top of the platform.

There is also a Queen futon sleeper/sofa on the lower level

BEDROOM #2 DESCRIPTION:
There is a queen futon sofa/sleeper and a small twin futon

BEDROOM #3 DESCRIPTION:
One Queen futon sleeper/sofa
