Welcome to our photography studio and loft located in Midtown Miami in the Wynwood Arts District.
This is a Creative, Artistic, Stylish, Huge, Hip and One-of-a-Kind Warehouse Loft in the Trendy Wynwood Art District! Warehouse loft for artists and art enthusiasts with plenty of cool new bars, boutiques, clubs and amazing restaurants nearby.

You will not find other spaces in Miami like as ours, which are very popular with artists, filmmakers, musicians, photographers and other creative people and it offers a large and convenient space perfect for your creative energy.

This is the perfect blend of an artist's loft and studio living. All wooden floors, 12' ceilings, and 1500 sq/ft of open space makes this a unique spot for your stay in Miami.

This is no "doorman" kinda hotel with limos pulling up front. This is the kind of place to stay at when you want to experience the lifestyle of an artist, musician, filmmaker, dancer, fashion designer, or just as an intimate fan of the art community.

Since this is in an artist's warehouse you will hear the sounds of the city. You will hear music from the neighbors. You will hear all the things that make a city a city (which provides the inspiration we LOVE).

DESCRIPTION: The loft has two bedrooms, one private and one semi-enclosed. The private bedroom has exposed brick and a modern queen platform bed. The second bedroom is hidden in the rear corner of the loft. The partially concealed bedroom has a queen loft bed (inspired by fellow artists in Williamsburg Brooklyn).

For your dining, there is a modern dining room table that can easily accommodate up to eight guests.

The living area has three comfortable sofas including a faux-leather futon sleeper/sofa and a queen futon sleeper.

For your entertainment we have a 42" HDTV (Netflix, Hulu Plus), DVD/Blue Ray Player, Nintendo Wii

The kitchen is fully-stocked with a large industrial sink, oven, refrigerator, microwave, chopping/prep station, pots, pan, and dishes, and coffee maker.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and of course fresh linens will be provided for every guest.

It is important to note that the apartment is situated in a creative but still urban & industrial neighborhood, which we love, but is not for everybody. There are a few little quirks, (light vibration on living room floor and wooden floors that pick up the sounds in the building) that make it unique but can be bothersome to others.

*Rates might be higher for 1 - 2 night rentals (especially on the weekend), events, and commercial usage - Please contact us to discuss rates and availability for one or two night rentals, events, and/or commercial usage. Prices are always very reasonable and competitive.

*This is on the second floor of the 20,000 sq/ft premise, so this is not what I consider to be handicapped accessible. You will have some stairs to go up.

PROPERTY RULES:
- No Parties/events allowed without prior approval before booking (rates are higher for parties, events, and commercial usage

- No cigarette smoking inside the building or loft

- Clean up after yourself (we try to keep our cleaning fee as low as possible for the sq footage, but additional cleaning fee will apply for dirty dishes & garbage)

- No Loud Music at night

- Please be respectful of noise at night

- We are Pet friendly, depending on type of pet.. contact for more info

- Guest park on side of street (free parking)

- Violation of house rules can result in fines or eviction.
