Historic Old Town St.Augustine, for example, is only a short drive away. Jacksonville airport is just over an hour away and Orlando is about 2 hours away.

The condo is located on the ground floor, just step inside - no stairs to climb with heavy suitcases or bags of groceries. Just pull up and walk right in! This 2 bedroom condo also features a one-car garage with an automatic door opener or, if you prefer, you can park in the driveway.

Inside, your suite is clean and bright - the large living room's sliding doors provide a fantastic view of the lagoon and fountain. Cool tile flooring combined with a ceiling fan complements the overall "you have arrived" feeling. You can relax watching the large flat-screen TV, enjoying a DVD or using your laptop with the Wi-Fi and high speed internet. In addition, the living room has an electric fireplace for the perfect evening ambiance and a couch that folds down to become a bed.

You can cook the catch of the day or blend frosty drinks in the fully appointed and spotlessly clean kitchen. The kitchen offers a smooth-top electric range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and numerous small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The adjacent dining area easily seats six.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, queen sized bed, and ceiling fan to cool you as you drift off to sleep. Or perhaps you'd like to catch the late show on the flat screen TV. The master bathroom offers both a shower and bathtub.

The guest bedroom is large and spacious as well and has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and huge walk-in closet. There is also a computer desk, ceiling fan, and an adjacent full bathroom.

The condo's patio is the perfect place to enjoy the view of the lagoon, fountain and wildlife - egrets and other birds, turtles, and fish - or to simply enjoy the ocean breeze. The new pato table and chairs make this the perfect place to eat breakfast, drink a cup of coffee, or to enjoy a glass of wine or favorite drink.
