Our beautiful beach condo is a two bedroom, two bath, ground floor flat with no stairs and a garage. We completely renovated our unit in the fall of 2012. It has large spacious rooms with tile and laminate flooring throughout. The Laundry Room features a new full size washer and dryer.
Parking is not a problem with unit 58, it has the longest driveway in the entire complex. It can accommodate three vehicles. The garage can park one additional car or can be used as storage area for beach items and coolers. In the garage, there are beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, gas grill and bikes to use and enjoy during your stay.
The kitchen features new cabinets with granite countertops and is furnished with everything you should need. There is a flat top cooking range, side by side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.
The beautiful spacious Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Recliner, flat screen TV, and large walk in closet. The sliding glass door from the Master Bedroom leads to the back thirty foot covered patio where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon and beach dunes.
The guest bedroom is large and spacious as well and has a Queen Bed, Twin Daybed, flat screen TV and huge walk in closet.
The Family Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, Leather Recliner, and Flat Screen TV. The beach décor flows throughout the condo. Step out of the large sliding glass doors onto the thirty foot covered patio and you can enjoy the lagoon, view of the beach dunes, and cool ocean breeze.
Communications and entertainment amenities include High Speed Internet, WiFi, Digital Cable, DVD Players, and an assortment of movies, games, and books.
In addition to the above amenities, our unit is an end unit. There is a large grassy area on one side which, allows for more privacy and additional outdoor space.
