Pelican Cove #10 is a newly renovated bay-side condo. It offers spectacular views of Sarasota Bay and even some dolphin sightings! Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened-in porch as the amazing sun rises over the bay. This 2 bedroom- 2 bath condo sleeps 5 with a king size bed in the master bedroom. A queen bed, along with a twin bed, is in the second room. This second level unit is the first level from the covered parking area, which is great for some that have trouble with stairs. This unit provides every amenity for your comfort. There is a 60 inch TV in the living room with a DVD player and smaller televisions in each of the two bedrooms. This unit has high speed internet and free domestic phone service for your convenience! There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Start your day with a game of tennis, swim laps in the newly updated pool, or walk the beautiful Bradenton Beach. At the end of the day, the hot tub is a great topper for your relaxing stay. There are also docks for easy loading to take a boat out on the Gulf of Mexico or Sarasota Bay to fish the day away. We are located within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Bridge street.
